FAQ
Questions parents ask
Everything about ages, safety, shipping and returns — and a phone number and email at the bottom if the answer is not here.
What ages are the toys made for?
Every toy on the shelf lists its age range — from the Sprout rattle for 0–12 months up to the magnetic tiles and play kitchen for 3 years and over. The badge on each product, and its specification table, always states the tested age.
Are the paints and finishes child safe?
Yes. Wooden pieces are finished with water-based, non-toxic dyes and paints, edges are sanded round, magnets are sealed inside the plastic, and plush eyes are embroidered rather than glued. Everything is checked before it is packed.
How long does shipping take?
Orders leave our Killeen, Texas studio within 24 hours on business days and arrive in 3–5 business days with tracking by email. US shipping is free on every order.
What if my child does not like it?
You have 30 days from delivery to return anything, opened or unopened, in its original condition. Email info@insigniacrown.com or call +1 (877) 340-5460 for a return authorisation number and we will refund you once it arrives back with us.
Do you ship outside the United States?
We currently ship within the United States only. If you are ordering from abroad, write to us at info@insigniacrown.com and we will tell you when your country is added.
